Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened, or faulty items sold by Big Shakti within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, whichever you choose. Be sure to include your relevant details that identify you as our customer and your reason for returning the item.
Refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting the item back to us. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded unless special circumstance apply.
