Testimonials
My first few experiences with Chakra Shuddhi meditation revealed that they are powerful practices indeed. I'm looking forward to more work with this practice. Overall, it seems to me that Swami Shankardev is offering a deep and authentic meditation for whatever level a student might be working at.
