The process of meditation is one of relaxed effort and should be practiced regularly over time. We aim for self mastery under any circumstances. We can't alway control life, but we can learn to control ourselves.

Learning self-mastery promotes a deep sense of confidence - it is the base of true happiness.


Meditation Techniques

In the yogic tradition, there is a range of different meditation techniques that assist people to engage the power of the mind. They enable us to live a better life.

Simple techniques like deep relaxation and breathing meditation are easy to practice for everybody. They help to better manage illness, support recovery from illness, prevent illness and also promote vitality and health.
