How long will my order take to arrive?
Big Shakti has 2 fulfilment locations: Cleveland USA and Sydney Australia.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed on our site. Actual delivery time to our customers depends on destination. Orders may occasionally be delayed due to processing time by customs, or at peak times such as during the various holiday seasons.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order please check that a spam filter has not stopped the email then please Contact Big Shakti.
I received a Coupon Code but I do not know where to use it?
It is located in a box to the left of the final total in the checkout process.
What do I need to do if I want to change my order?
Please Contact Big Shakti immediately.
We try to ship your orders within 24 hours of the order being made so it is important that you let us know of any changes as soon as possible.
Is shopping with Big Shakti secure?
Buying online from Big Shakti is safe and reliable. To ensure your payments are secure we use the latest available 256-bit encryption technology (also known as SSL Technology). Your credit card details are never sent by email and we will never disclose your details to anyone. We do not store credit card details of our customers in fact no Big Shakti staff can access your credit card details, nor the password to your account.

Do you accept Pay Pal?
Yes, we do now accept Pay Pal. Simply select "Pay Pal" as your payment option when going through the checkout process. You can also select Pay Pal if you want to pay using your American Express (Amex) or Discover Card (unfortunately, due to technical reasons, the Pay Pal option is currently the only way we can accept payment using those two cards).

I am having trouble accessing my shopping cart, what am I doing wrong?
The reason you are having trouble accessing the shopping cart might mean a problem with the cookies setting on your computer. The cookie may have expired or not been set properly. This can cause your computer to be booted out. Some times though its just one of those things that can happen on the internet.
We suggest that you try again and if you are still having a problem ordering please email Contact Big Shakti and we will help you out to the best of our ability.
I have ordered from you before, but I can't see my old orders in the "previous orders" section in "my account"?
A: If you have been shopping with us for some time, you would be aware that in February 2011 we upgraded and overhauled our website and shopping cart platform. With the new platform comes heaps of great feature but due to technical reasons, the only orders shown are those placed on the new system. Orders placed before mid February 2011 will not be shown. If you have a question about an order before that date, of course, all you have to do is Contact Big Shakti.
I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?
If for any reason you are not happy with any products you have ordered from us, when you receive them, send us an email at Contact Big Shakti and tell us why. You may return new, unopened, or faulty items sold by Big Shakti within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, whichever you choose. Be sure to include your relevant details that identify you as our customer.
Refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting the item back to us. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded unless special circumstance apply.
