The medical and yoga therapy components have been developed by Dr Swami Shankardev Saraswati who has over 35 years experience in supporting people to rehabilitate themselves from chronic illness using these techniques.

Jayne Stevenson spent 10 years studying with a Daoist master of Traditional Chinese Medicine and martial arts.
