Purpose of the classes

If you do not have a strong sense of connection to self, your mind will become your master. You will be caught up in excessive thinking, worries, emotional turmoil, and this can lead to anxiety and depression.

If you have a developed connection with your inner self, your mind becomes your best friend. You are able to calm your mind when you want to, focus when you need to, and generate inner peace, inspiration, and creativity at will.

The Essence of Enlightenment Classes aims to help you to connect to your inner self and make friends with your mind. The theory of yoga psychology and yoga-tantra will provide a solid theoretical framework for you to understand how your mental and emotional patterns develop and become embedded, and how to remove negative, destructive patterns.

This clarity of knowledge will enable you to understand your mind in new and liberating ways. You will gain a tangible, grounded approach to engage with your mental and emotional patterns.

When combined with meditation techniques (derived from the theory) you will have the skills to create healthier, more vital, and enlightened patterns – ongoing. You will develop an authentic sense of mastery.
