Discover the essential knowledge and skills required to travel easily along the path to enlightenment, and to develop a higher level of consciousness, intuition, and compassion.

The classes are a step-by-step integrated path to self-awareness, witness consciousness, and mindfulness. It provides you with the knowledge and techniques that promote spiritual growth and psychological and emotional maturity.

Many mindfulness courses offer a bare-bones approach, leaving the student on their own, simply sitting and observing, often wondering if they are doing the technique correctly.

  • They do not provide the knowledge required for the student to develop a deep understanding of how the mind works and therefore the capacity for true autonomy and self-direction.
  • They also do not teach the student how to avoid the negative effects of mindfulness meditation, such as emotional suppression and introversion.

This Classes will provide you with knowledge of how the mind works so that you can use meditation to clean and strengthen the mind. You will forge your mind into a powerful tool that will enhance every aspect of your life.

The knowledge and techniques taught in the classes are from the yogic and tantric views of mind, consciousness, and self-awareness. The techniques enable you to disentangle yourself from an overactive or anxious mind, cultivate a powerful feeling calmness, and to develop a strong sense of self-awareness.

Expert guidance and training

Dr. Swami Shankardev Saraswati and Jayne Stevenson will provide expert, safe guidance to purify, activate and develop your third eye. Dr. Swami Shankardev is a master of yoga and meditation (Yoga Acharya) and a medical doctor. Jayne Stevenson is a dreamworker and highly intuitive counselor, trained in Daoist and yogic meditation and philosophy.

The training in the classes will unfold sequentially. The combination of certain yoga-meditation techniques will illuminate and demystified the mysteries of the third eye.

Who is this class for?

The classes are for beginners to advanced students and for those interested in yoga psychology.

It is especially good for anyone who suffers from anxiety, mild to moderate depression, confusion, overthinking, and emotional issues. This is because ajna chakra controls the brain and mind. Activating and awakening this chakra will bring all of your other organs into improved alignment.
