Are you searching for a deeper understanding of your mind and mental health?
Do you feel trapped in cycles of stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm?
There is an ancient yet practical framework that can empower you to navigate your mental patterns with clarity and calmness, relieving you of the internal unrest and improving your emotional state.
Sāmkhya isn’t just philosophy—it’s a mirror for the mind. It shows you how your mind operates, where you’re stuck, and how to shift from suffering to clarity. Combined with yoga and modern psychology, it offers a holistic, practical approach to mental well-being and self-awareness.
Join Dr. Swami Shankardev Saraswati in this illuminating online workshop where Eastern wisdom meets modern psychology. Rooted in Sāṁkhya philosophy, this workshop provides a structured, time-tested approach to understanding the mind and cultivating inner clarity, balance, and resilience.
“This workshop on Sāmkhya was incredibly eye-opening and gave me exactly what I'd been missing: a clear roadmap integrating both theory and practical techniques. It showed me exactly where I'm heading now and how to get there.
The theory and the meditation gave me a structure to my healing journey, something Western medicine hadn't been able to offer. Even while I am still working through family karma and past traumas, I feel connected to my inner strength. I genuinely believe this workshop can inspire and guide anyone who's felt lost, stuck, or unsatisfied by traditional trauma therapies alone. It was exactly what I needed, and I know it can help others find their way, too.”

“This workshop gives a good knowledge platform for exploring tantra practices related to mental wellbeing. I now have a greater understanding of the impact of the gunas on our consciousness. The Yantra Map was very helpful in providing a visual for all the Philosophical concepts.”

“I found the Sāṃkhya Philosophy & Mental Health workshop brilliantly insightful. The way Shankardev wove the Sāṃkhya map, Koshas, Chakras, and Maha Gunas together supported by real‑world client stories and his own experience with public speaking showed me practical ways to restore balance and steady the mind. Since attending, I approach whatever arises in daily life with more curiosity and use simple body‑mind practices to stay centred. If you’re looking for a meaningful complement to mainstream mental‑health approaches, this workshop offers a clear, effective path.”

“I missed the first live session due to being overseas but have listened to the recording about 10 times. It is very informative and having participated in some of your former courses assists in the understanding of this content. I am enjoying it very much and hear a bit more each time I listen. I have downloaded the audio onto my phone which is useful”

“Beautifully presented and crafted to make the concepts understandable and attainable. I have gained a new understanding of how manas, chitta, and buddhi react and respond to the gunas and how these effects interweave with our chakras and mental health. ”

“Helped to clarify my understanding of certain yogic terms in the light of modern Western psychology, and thus allowed my practice to become alive, useful and meaningful. As a teacher, I am better able to explain the science behind the techniques, which my very Western students appreciate.”

“I really love the way you combine meditation, psychology, and spiritual concepts in such a user-friendly, manageable format. I am calmer, less reactive, more creative, and productive despite life constantly hurling bombs at me.”

Sāṃkhya is one of the six classical schools of Indian philosophy, offering a structured, dualistic framework to understand reality, the mind, and human consciousness. It is the philosophical foundation of many yogic and meditative traditions, including Yoga and Tantra.
Yoga applies the principles of Sāṃkhya through practices that refine the body and mind to realize the distinction between Puruṣa and Prakṛti. Tantra expands on these ideas by working directly with energy and consciousness to accelerate self-awareness and transformation.
Sāṃkhya provides a scientific-like model of the mind and consciousness, forming the theoretical basis for Yoga and Tantra. It explains the causes of mental suffering and offers a path toward inner clarity and freedom.
Sāṃkhya explains how mental distress arises from identifying with the ever-changing aspects of Prakṛti. By cultivating Sattva (balance and wisdom) through meditation, self-awareness, and yogic practices, one can achieve greater mental clarity, emotional stability, and inner peace.
The goal is self-realization (Kaivalya/Moksha)—understanding that you are not your thoughts, emotions, or body, but pure awareness (Puruṣa). This realization leads to liberation from suffering and allows one to live with clarity and detachment.
Holistic well-being is an integrated approach to health that considers the balance of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Sāṃkhya provides a framework for understanding how mental and emotional states arise and how cultivating self-awareness can lead to overall well-being.
