We do not refund digital goods normally unless there are exceptional circumstances, as once delivered, digital items can be accessed, used, and not recovered.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once your session is booked in.

We accept payment in USD at online checkout. Consultations are billed in AUD at the time of consultation.

We use the internationally renowned payment gateway Stripe. This platform offers secure collection and processing of your payment data. Any payment plans or subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Our checkout is secure and provided by our e-commerce CRM Simplero.

We do not accept cash, cheques, crypto-currency, or bank transfers (unless pre-arranged in writing).

This is a great question and one that we get often. Please refer to this page for course selection to work out which course or meditation is right for you. It will outline the Big Shakti meditations, courses, and books that are suited to different stages of experience with yoga and meditation. You can then explore the teachings that suit your level of experience and interest.

Health professionals and yoga teachers can use Big Shakti’s courses for continuing professional development, gaining deeper insights into holistic practices that can enhance their therapeutic skills. 

Certain courses at Big Shakti offer CPD/CPE Certificates upon completion, which can be used to demonstrate professional development in the field of yoga and meditation.

Big Shakti meditations do not include distracting music or sound effects. Instead, they focus on clear, guided instructions for an immersive meditation experience

Courses typically include theoretical lessons, guided meditations, practical exercises, and support from the instructors, providing a well-rounded approach to learning.

Meditations, videos, audios and PDF Workbooks are available via our Learning Portal on desktop or mobile device.

Subscribers to Big Shakti’s newsletter receive updates on new courses, podcasts, and other resources directly in their inbox. Subscribers gain access to exclusive content, discounts on courses and workshops, and early notifications about new resources and events.

You can access your meditations and courses in our Learning Portal at learn.bigshakti.com. There is also a link to this members-only site in the footer of our website.

Once logged into the members site, navigate to your course or meditation via the left menu OR go to Your Progress menu to see your purchased products. https://learn.bigshakti.com/courses 

This learning portal is available on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. For the best mobile experience we encourage you to download the Simplero App, and login with your Big Shakti credentials to access your meditations and courses. 


An alternative route is via your Big Shakti Dashboard is https://www.bigshakti.com/dashboard. Accessible via your profile icon top-right when logged in.

In your dashboard is where you can access your order history, notifications, payment and profile settings. 

You can also navigate to the Big Shakti members portal and your purchased products:

Go to learn.bigshakti.com. When prompted to log in, select the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts to reset your password. 

Failing that, go to https://secure.simplero.com/login and click the 'forgot username or password' grey text under password field to reset your password. Or you can click "Magic Login Link" button for a login link to be sent to your email address.

If you still have trouble finding or resetting your login, please don't hesitate to contact Big Shakti for support.

Common issues include:

  1. One email address can have multiple usernames - ensure you're logged in with the correct username assigned at purchase. (usernames can be merged if this is an issue for you - see how you can do that here)
  2. Typo in the purchase/participant email address, therefore access assigned to an email address that doesn't exist. See help guide.
  3. Users have used different email addresses at checkout and therefore have multiple logins, each login accessing only select products purchased with that corresponding email address. (accounts can be merged if this is an issue for you - see how you can do that here)
  4. Purchase of product didn't go through, therefore no access granted. Check your order history to ensure you paid for the item you are looking for.
  5. Forgot username or password. See help guide.

If you're logged in and you don't have access to products you've paid for, please check the following before contacting support:

  1. Do you see access to the product on the "My Progess" page?  
  2. Do you see access on the Big Shakti Dashboard?
  3. Log out (top right profile icon). Then:
    1. go to learn.bigshakti.com to attempt login again.
    2. If the system automatically logs you in instead of prompting for your username and password on a login screen, logout and go to https://secure.simplero.com/login to login there. 
    3. When logging in, ensure you are using the correct username/email address associated with your purchase.
  4. Clear Cache
    1. Logout (if a profile icon is showing top-right of members site).
    2. Clear browser cache.
    3. Close browser.
    4. Open browser window, go to https://learn.bigshakti.com/dashboard and login.
