The Life Force Meditation Series is structured into three distinct phases that build upon one another to guide you through a progressive journey. Here is what you can expect from each of the three phases:
Energy, Vitality and Longevity
In Phase 1, you’ll develop foundational techniques like Ujjayi breathing and subtle breath awareness to feel, generate, and move prana throughout your body. By mastering these practices, you’ll enhance your energy levels, improve vitality, and lay the groundwork for long-term well-being. From understanding the nature of prana to experiencing how it flows through the body, this phase is essential for anyone looking to boost their energy and vitality.
Grounding, Alignment, Pulsation
During Phase 2, you’ll focus on grounding, alignment, and pulsation to develop inner strength and emotional resilience. These meditations are designed to calm the mind and align your inner power with your heart, helping you build a solid core that can handle the stresses of daily life. By practising techniques such as grounding and heart-centred alignment, you’ll feel more stable, secure, and learn how to connect your strength with compassion, creating a balanced approach to both physical and emotional challenges.
Purification, Strength, Awareness
Phase 3 takes you deeper into the realms of prana with practices that target the Manipura (navel) and Ajna (third eye) chakras. These powerful energy centres are responsible for your vitality, intuition, and higher awareness. By purifying and activating these chakras, you’ll awaken the subtle forces that enhance your physical and mental strength, as well as your intuitive abilities. We've included the powerful Ajapa Japa practice in this phase, taking you to new levels of self-awareness and personal power.
